1. 10 minutes HIIT: 30 seconds on, 30 Seconds off 10 times
2. 10 minutes incline sprints: 15% incline; 30 seconds on, 30 seconds 0ff 10 times
3. COMPLEX: 20 seconds incline sprints, 10 jumping squats 10 times
4. Skipping: 30 seconds steady state, 30 seconds fast., repeat 10 times
I like to do one of these methods 2-3 times a week at the end of my weight training sessions!
